Time To Make A Change

As of recent events, and a little inspiration from Sprinkle Of Glitter, I've remembered that as much as this blog is for everyone else, its for my peace of mind as well. The last few months have not been all rainbows and care-bears for me, despite my every trying optimism there have been some dark days, some due to what people would think to be petty reason but for me, they are important and have caused me to feel so many different emotions that i never thought you could have towards people, or a person.

I've learnt that, despite this situation still going on, i need to be happy for me and I'm slowly getting there. Fair to say I'm not the ball busting girl around, especially with this situation one that has caused mainly continuing heart break, but has taught me a lot about myself and other people. I find I'm forever searching for the good in people, the glimmer, or a smidgen of hope that maybe they'll try to improve them selves and see the light in even the darkest of moments. But sometimes despite your greatest hope and want for these people, they just cant find it no matter what you do, and maybe in months or weeks to follow they will realise what they have lost. For me despite this pain, and exhaustion through it all, i want to go back to the road of being happy wherever that shall lead me, I'm not there yet, and despite all I'm still holding on, having hope remain, in my corner at least, of this whole debacle.

slow and steady wins the race, that's what they say don't they?
time heals all wounds, I'm sure I'll get there.

Chin up girlie's and guys

Spring Hit List: Get Glossy

After seeing so many post's that have been spring related i thought it was about time i jumped on the spring band wagon and join in the fun. I'm thinking of doing a series of different post all spring related  but for the meantime,  I thought i would start with something that is a personal favourite of mine, Gloss. Whens a better time to get glossy than when the sun is beginning to shine, and blossom is on the trees!

(from left to right, Nice Buzz, Viva Glam VI Special Edition, Dreamy & Underage)

I think they are all still available bar, Viva Glam VI as it was special edition from a good 2/3 years ago, but I'm sure its easy enough to find a dupe for it in MAC or in another store! its
such a beautiful warm glittered pink!

I've picked four of my most loved Mac Glosses for spring :)
Dreamy, Viva Glam VI & Underage are all 'LipGlass' and Nice Buzz is a 'PlushGlass'
all of them are just the most gorgeous colours and are so easy to ware with all different looks, what are your best glosses for spring?

 hope you enjoy

TAG: 10 Favourites Right Now

So i was tagged by the lovely Geo from Tip Princess (http://www.tipprincess.com/) to do the '10 Favourites Right Now', so here are mine of right now enjoy!
i tag you all to join in and tweet my your responses @lndgirlblogging

Disney Plastic Sip cup £5, from the Disney Store. I  found that i don't really drink enough, so i thought if i had something that looked nice then i would be inclined to drink more, and its been working! I love it, was a good price and has such a cute design on it and who cant resist a bit of Tink!
Real Techniques Powder Brush, £10.99 Boots. I love how soft and big the brush is and dispenses the product so evenly.
Face Mask Superdrug 99p. I've never been a face mask girl, always found them time consuming and fiddly. However after a recent girlie sleepover, where myself and a friend did face masks I've got back int them. I do feel they clear my skin and leave it feeling clean!
Solait Fake Tan Foam, £3.99 & Solait Fake Tan Mitt £2.99 Superdrug. Again, like the face mask i found fake tan annoying and fiddly and always streaky. But i picked this up after a recommendation from a friend and its so good!
Primark Home Wear 'LOVE' Pillow £4.99, Primark are so sneaky for home ware, I love their stuff and there is always something can find and for such a good price!
Zara, Printed Kaftan Top, £22 and Pink Denim Shorts £19, I love Zara at the minute i could spend my life's savings in there happily, there is always something in there i can find and i don't think they are that badly priced either! Happy Shopping!
Shorts, (some are from last year so prices escape me) Abercrombie, two Hollister pairs, Forever 21, Zara and Gap. This is my urge for summer coming through i cant wait to ware these all with cute converse and little sandals or rock them with a pair of wedges! Summer, its time to arrive!
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb perfume £55, I love this my parents got it for me for Christmas and I'm using it so sparingly because its so gorgeous but so darn pricey!
Chanel Rouge Allure Extrait De Gloss in the shade 57 Insolence This was a birthday present and i love it as the sun is showing its shy face I've been braving the bright bold pinks.
Youtube sensations Lennon and Maisy Stella, I've been obsessed with these girls they are just amazing! I've downloaded some of their stuff on to my ipod and can not stop singing my little heart out to their stuff! check them out, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_aJHJdCHAo

Bag of the Moment

Ive been eyeing this Michael Kor's bag up for a long time, and I'm still in the debating stage of it.
I love the effortless sophisticated but casual look it gives as well as being able to contrast young and mature as well.

It retails for £195 in Selfridges, and comes in 3 sizes (Small, Medium and Large) as well as a special one for Mac Books, where it has a cushioned compartment to hold it. They also come in a number of colours, I'm loving the navy blue!

My first big designer bag, which i wanted for years, was the Louis Vuitton Speedy 35 in the check brown print. I can honestly say i love this bag with every little bit of me, its my baby I've always wanted and my lovely boyfriend bought it for me for our 1 year anniversary.

However, despite my love for my speedy, a girl can never, ever! have enough hand bags!
whats your current or all time love of a bag?!

links to both bags and prices are below

Most Wanted

So recently I've been looking and thinking about lots of products i either want to re-purchase or try out, and safe to say knowing my type not many of them are all that purse friendly. However, some are! i thought i would share with you my most wanted list! Enjoy

First up is a nail related product, i actually may be one of the very few people who enjoy painting their nails, however i cant stand how quick they chip which is why I've been getting Bio-Gels done more often. However, i still love a good nail varnish and this one I've been eyeing up for a while and am yet to buy, let me know what you think!

NAILS INC in Special Effects 'Sweets Way'

£11.00 from Nails inc online -
Or
Beauty bay have it in there sale for £8.69 online -

Next up, on to makeup, from my much loved brand, but ever increasingly pricey,
MAC LUSTRE DROPS

Ive heard such wonderful things about this little tiny goddess of golden wonder drops, however the price, eh, £17.50 really?! I think its a bit excessive  and i love a bit of a splurge in Mac, however i am on the hunt for something along the same lines!

From MAC, £17.50 18ml two colours - Sun Rush or Pink Rebel, used to do Bronze Hero but, not on online store (possibly only in Pro stores)

Skin Care, enter....
REN INVISIBLE PORES DETOX MASK

All over the blogging world i have been hearing about this product, and its sister product. My thirst of interest for it came from Essie Button, (who i love)  and who mentioned it a few times on her Youtube page (http://www.youtube.com/user/essiebutton) and her blog as well (http://www.essiebutton.com/)  check her out, she's amazing!

anyhow, its the 'Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask' (can you say mouthful!)

Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask £18.00 50ml bottle http://www.renskincare.com/p/3091
Asos same price

Bring on summer?
MAC BRONZER IN GOLDEN

I loved this bronzer for years, it was my one and only.I currently have 3 empties waiting in my
'back to Mac' bag. However, when i came to find it was no £19.50 i was, thinking hell no am i paying that,
that is ridiculous and i stand by that today, despite how amazing i think it is, maybe soon, when I'm
delirious and near a mac store ill pick it up. maybe!

More, Mac what am i like?
MAC PAINT POINT IN PAINTERLY

These just seem like the all round perfect eye product, they can be a base, the uses of it are endless.
They come in loads of colours and they are all lovely pigmentation and quality, this i would pay the money
for.

Mac Paint Point £14.50

Celebrity Make Up Look Of The Day

The beautiful Katy Perry!
She has just got everything going for her, and her makeup is always on point and something i wish i could ware all the time, its very snazzy, jazzy and always a hearty amount of glitter and lashes!

Nails of the Week & mini hair update :)

Hello all, i hope we are all having lovely saturdays.

i thought i would just share with you the colour/s i've been wearing on my nails this week, which i have been loving so much recently!
Sadly due to work, they have all chipped off (i was bored and picked them off) and so now im back to normal plain boring nails!

But fear not, the sun is out for a bit here as well i love how pastels look in the spring summer time as well, so im looking forward to playing around with some other shades as well!

these are in the colours; Topshop Nails in Firework & Topshop Nails in Parma Violet

MINI HAIR UPDATE:
After one use of the 'Head & Shoulders' and leaving it sit for a good 15-20 minutes i think i've lightened a tiny bit, or im going mad searching from some hint of lightness! But im going to stick withit! seems to be working slowly!
