As a new year rolled in i decided to commit more to this, and put the time and effort in.
So, here goes...!
After some much needed beauty shopping i picked up a few money saving items, some of which i'm loving and others we are still working with!
Johnson's Face Care (For normal skin, they do have one for dry skin as well) Hydrating 24 hour Day Cream....woo long name, but worth the read for the use.
I have fell in love with this, if you love thick creamy moisturiser then this is the ticket. I use it after i've had a shower, before putting on my makeup and then any other time that my face tends to feel dry. I can not speak highly enough of it and at £4.07 from boots, but will also be available in any other good drug store or supermarket its a bargin!
Secondly to follow in the skin care route,
Essential Waitrose 4 in 1 cucumber facial cleansing wipes, I have a real problem with the cost of wipes. I do like to cleanse my face with a wash, but i'm a lazy bum, and I do like to resort to a good wipe when i'm feeling tired ( a beauty sin i know!).
However, when i happened to be in Waitrose I thought I would pick some up and give them a try, for £1.25 how could one not, as well as the fact they were on offer as well so I picked up two packets. I have to say they remove everything pretty well, the smell lovely and fresh, although if you don't like strong scented things these will probably not be for you. The only downside that I have found is they leave my skin feeling quite dry after, but like I said for £1.25 I cant really complain all that much!
